计算机科学技术下的Ti板表面纳米晶形成分析

  摘要:在计算机科学技术下, 制备Ti板表面纳米晶一般采用的是旋涂法和溶胶-凝胶法方法, 在此基础上以硅基板为载体, 分析Ti纳米球形成过程和表面层结构性能;然后利用计算机技术、X射线衍射、X光电子能谱仪等进行细胞培养。结果表明:Ti板表面纳米晶形成比较均匀、大小一致, 表面为单层结构, 而且表面致密;Ti板表面纳米晶在光照条件下具有湿润性能转变的特点, 而且这种特定会随着实验条件和离子浓度的不同而不同。而且通过在Ti板表面进行模拟分析, 发现Ti板表面纳米晶具有较好的生物活性。

  Formation and Analysis of Nanocrystals on Ti Surface Based on Computer

  Abstract:

 

  Under the computer science and technology, the preparation of the surface nanocrystals on the Ti plate is usually used by the spin coating method and the sol-gel method.On this basis, the silicon substrate is used as the carrier to analyze the formation process of the Ti nanospheres and the structure properties of the surface layer, and then the cells are carried out by computer technology, X ray diffraction, X photoelectron spectroscopy and so on.The results show that the formation of nanocrystals on the surface of the Ti plate is uniform, the size is the same, the surface is a single layer structure, and the surface is dense, and the surface nanocrystals on the Ti plate have the characteristics of wetting properties under the light conditions, and this particular will vary with the test conditions and the ionic concentration.Moreover, it was found that nanocrystals on Ti board had better bioactivity by simulating the surface of Ti.

  1 实验材料和过程

 

  1.1 实验材料

 

  本次实验利用自行研制的新型高强度钛酸四正丁酯作为实验主要材料, 另外包含有乙酰丙酮、硫酸亚铁、去离子水、无水乙醇以及尿素等。主要实验仪器采用HJ-4型号的多头磁力搅拌器, 旋涂仪选择KW-4A型号, 烧结炉采用由德国生产的L3/11/C6D型仪器。实验样品采用Ti纳米球表面层是溶胶-凝胶法和分相法相结合的组装方式, 这种方法能够比较顺利的完成纳米球表面层的研究。
